Wendy Williams to pay more than $250K to ex-hubby
Talk show host Wendy Williams was ordered by a court to pay the bill for her estranged husband’s removal expenses. And she might be asked to pay more in marriage support, according to court documents.
According to several reports quoting page six, 55-year-old Williams must pay $250,000 for her former husband Kevin Hunter to “secure new housing”.
Court documents obtained by page 6 showed that Hunter must leave the New Jersey house he had previously shared with Wendy.
Williams has already moved out and into a self-described “bachelorette pad” in Manhattan, where she allegedly pays $15,000 a month. And the alienated couple has reportedly reached a “preliminary final agreement” as it continues the divorce proceedings.
In addition to moving expenses, Hunter is looking for support from the wife and money to cover the lawyer’s fees.
Williams filed for divorce from Hunter in April after allegedly taking in a child with his alleged lover Sharina Hudson.
Hunter and Williams were married for more than 20 years.
They shared an adult teenage son. Hunter was also Williams’ manager and executive producer on their talk show, as well as a partner in their production company and non-profit organization.
